BimCOM is the diagnostics of BMW compatible vehicles, i.e. MINI and others. The kit consists of an intelligent diagnostic adapter with USB connection and a program for Windows OS. The advantage is the background of the EU manufacturer Secons and unlimited updates included in the price. Technical support from the manufacturer is an advantage - if you discover any unsupported controller or any function does not work as expected, it is possible to contact us or the manufacturer directly.

The supplied OBD II cable includes two multiplexed ISO9141 K-Lines and L-Line interfaces, high-speed CAN-BUS and measured analogue circuits. Supported protocols include K1, KW-71, DS-1, DS-2, KWP2000* (KWP2000-star), KWP2000, BMW-Fast, D-CAN/KWP and UDS ISO14229.

Supported Cars

The BimCOM program supports ISO9141 K-Line and CAN-BUS buses and others, i.e. all vehicles with OBD-II diagnostics (since about 1996). BMW, MINI and other brands are supported. The program is able to connect to any control unit on the ISO9141 K-Line and CAN-BUS, K1, KW-71, DS-1, DS-2, KWP2000* (KWP2000-star), KWP2000, BMW-Fast, D-CAN/KWP and UDS ISO14229 buses and display identification, read and delete fault memory. For all important control units, it displays the measured values in detail.

Support for new models is continuously being added. Based on suggestions from users, the required functions are added on a priority basis. For example, it supports models X5, X6, X7, Z3 and many others. A detailed list of all supported cars and units can be found here.

Supported Operating Systems

Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11 - 32- and 64-bit. Linux support (Wine emulation required).

Supported Languages

English, Czech, Danish, Dutch, German, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Turkish, and limited support of Croatian.
