The Otofix D1 is the bestselling model of Otofix brand suitable for complete diagnostics and a variety of service functions. It offers complete diagnostics of all units on most European, Asian and American makes of car, combined with advanced service functions. Otofix D1 also supports older cars and can interface with almost all units. In addition to the engine unit, automatic transmission, ABS, airbags, dashboard and other units in the car are also supported. It can read readiness code, reset service intervals, diagnose and regenerate DPF, perform basic throttle settings, reset automatic transmission adaptations, TPMS diagnostics, register battery, perform injector coding, key and remote control coding and many other service functions. The tool allows control unit coding and online coding for VAG vehicles (for an additional $69/year for the first year, $10/year for additional years). It also allows unlocking of hidden features on VAG vehicles for an additional fee .

Wireless diagnostic adapter included. Updates for 2 years are included in the price of the device. 

The device supports access to FCA Group units protected by the Security Gateway Module (SGW) without the need for bypass - an AutoAuth subscription is required. It also supports SGW unlocking for the Renault brand (can be purchased directly from the device). The device supports CAN-FD and DoIP protocols.
