StarCOM is the diagnostics for Mercedes and Smart vehicles. The kit consists of an intelligent diagnostic adapter with USB connection and a program for Windows OS. The advantage is the background of the EU manufacturer Secons and unlimited updates included in the price. Technical support from the manufacturer is an advantage - if you discover any unsupported controller or any function does not work as expected, it is possible to contact us or the manufacturer directly.

The product is in development, may not be 100% compatible with all cars! The supplied OBD II cable includes two multiplexed ISO9141 K-line, CAN-BUS and measured analog circuits.

Supported Cars

The StarCOM program supports Mercedes and Smart vehicles. The program is able to display identification, read and delete fault memory. For all important control units, it displays the measured values in detail.

Support for new models is continuously being added. Based on suggestions from users, the required functions are added on a priority basis. A detailed list of all supported cars and units can be found here.

Supported Operating Systems

Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11 - 32- and 64-bit. Linux support (Wine emulation required).

Supported Languages

English, Czech, Danish, Dutch, German, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Turkish, and limited support of Croatian.
